Well kept Beetle from California. It runs and looks well as a daily driver, i.e. not show condition or perfect. There are opportunities for improvements to show your pride of ownership. There are a few of these out there but fewer unmolested originals.
Former lady owner put vehicle in storage over 4 years ago. For California buyers, registration expired on Dec. 15, 2012. After it was renovated out of storage, it had received new dash, battery, starter solenoid, relays, and other new parts as needed. It may need a voltage regulator some time. Engine and transmission are original with relatively low miles, ..... quite simple and fun to drive really. Starts right up cold and idles. Shifts fine through all 4 gears. Brakes are solid. Steering is as limber as a Beetle. Interior is virtually virgin as can be seen in the pictures. Heater control levers and hardware, windows, doors, locks, glass, parking brake are all complete and intact. There is a hidden anti-theft starter switch. New ignition switch is included in the glove box. Trunk stores trims, spare tire and extra parts.
