Here is a once in a life time opportunity to own this 1971 VW Square back Type 3 coupe. The car is a 2 owner California car since new and is in stunning condition. It has only traveled 31,337 miles since new . It was owned by a collector in California who had it stored in his climate control garage and was rarely driven. The car was always rust free and even the under carriage is very clean and original The body is lazer straight and the rocker panels are as solid as when new. The color is called Kansas beige. The paint is beyond amazing and is very glossy.The car was repainted 2 years ago and is show quality. No imperfections, scratche, dent, bubbles etc.The roof is painted white which is how it came when it was original. As you can see the details of this car is stunning. The rear view mirror on the drivers side is located on the roof line and just flat out cool. It has a Euro fog light on the front bumper . The bumpers are like new with no dents or damage. The rubber gasket on the front windshield was replaced when the car was painted. All the glass was removed. The Interior is what is absolutely stunning. The saddle colored seats look like new. The door panels and rear panels are all like new as well. The carpet is new and it's complimented with custom CoCo Mats.The dash is pristine as is the headliner. Inside the car you will see the Original radio to still be in the car. A new AM/FM Cd player was added and a custom suitcase in the rear that houses the speakers to compliment the sound quality. Mechanically the car is amazing as well. The engine starts right up and idles very smooth. The car run's and drives like when new. Its very tight and holds the road super solid. I drove it up to 80 mph and it didn't shake at all. The suspension is very tight and the car has a Empi Steering wheel that just feels awesome in your hands. The engine is a 1600 CC and its has dual carburetors that give it the performance you need. The brakes are new and it has front disks and rear drums. The tires are new as well. There is not much more I can say .This is one of those car's that you see once in a lifetime in this condition. I took many photo's to show its beautiful state. There is only 2 flaw's I can mention. The rear seat back on the driver's side top has a piece of vinyl missing. This seat back can be easily Bought new. Also the Odometer cluster has a small crack in the lens. The odometer works perfect as does the tachometer . Windshield wiper works amazing on all 3 speeds. So if your a collector and looking to add a Rare VW square back type 3 to your collection then this is the one to own.
