1968 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic

I have two 1968 VW bugs projects for sale. One is a convertible the other is a hard top. The plan was to use both to build the convertible. Everything is there to finish the project. The red one is a complete car and has a good engine (100lb compression in all cylinders), transmission shifts great (no popping out of any gear), interior in in ok shape, new complete top kit with headliner (needs to be installed). The pans need to be replaced. Can hear run. No title for this car. I was going to put it on the pan from the silver car which is perfect. The silver one was running until a Toyota truck got a little close when turning around in a parking lot and bumped the side between door and rear quarter. I took the engine out to use in another car. It has new pans installed by Painters Grind, transmission is good and interior is in fair shape, tires and wheels are in great shape. I have a clear title for this car. This would make a great father son/daughter project, very easy to complete and you know all the parts needed are there. Not like the basket case most projects are.
