Up for sale is a 1969 Volkswagen Beetle Convertible Restomod. The car is painted a non factory color, black, with a tan interior and convertible top. The car's brake system has been converted to disc brakes. The engine has been upgraded to a Bernie Bergman 2110cc engine which gives the car plenty of power. The convertible top has new wood bows (new in the mid 1990's) with a Haartz stay fast canvas top. This car was restored in the mid 1990's. The floors and rockers are very solid on this car. When this car was rebuilt, a used speedometer was used so it does not show the accurate mileage since its rebuild. I estimate that it has 40,000 to 44,000 miles since it was rebuilt. This car is part of a small car collection and has been stored inside since the mid 1990's and has never witnessed the elements . The paint is imperfect and has many small stone chips.
