1976 VW Super Beetle Convertible...NO RESERVE !!

1976 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic

I am selling my1976VWSuper Beetle Convertible. It's a very solid driver with older repaint. It runs, drives and stops very well. Blinkers, lights, horn, wipers are all working, thus ready to drive. Theconvertibletop in very good shape, no tears or rips. The rear window trim missing and the interior top lining is showing some age. The interior is complete and in nice shape. The windows, doors, locks operate as they should. The odometer stopped working six years ago, but it has only had recreational use since then
While this is a very nice 40 year oldVWand gets thumbs up and puts smiles on everyone's face, shedefinitelyhas some faults. Passengerside fender paint is bubbling due to gas cap leaking, new gas cap installed (see photo). The bumpers have some surface rust, the radio has stopped working and the antenna has broken off. The sun visors are puffy and it has a couple floor pan holes which have been around for many years but don't hinder any fun.​The rims and hub caps spray have been painted silver and I'm sure some other quirky things that are expected with a vehicle of this age.
I started this auction low .... thisVWwillsell! ..as this is a NO RESERVE auction I have college tuition to pay for three children come September.... so one more toy has got to go. (Don't get me started about my fastback mustang ...the wound is too fresh.)
This bug is a fun car to drive...do some restoration along the way and watch its value increase
