1966 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia

Drivable project. The original owners had it for 25 years until hitting a tree with the drivers side headlight. It sat for the next 10 years, hanging hands twice without much being done to it. I bought it 15 years ago as a side project andhave kept it covered ever since but it spent the first half of its life outside so it has some rust around the bottom.The pans havea littlerustbut aren't bad and there is somerust/filler around the headlight from the donor car. I have done most of the welding on the nose but it still needs finish work. I have not put any body filler on the car and you can hardly see through thewelds, xcept below the horn hole. Here is a list of new parts I put on to make it run and drive: tires, attery,steering coupler, aster cylinder, heel cylinders, rake hoses, rake light switch, il light switch, uel line& filter, oil, oints & condenser, rankshaft main seal, lutch disc, il cooler seals,axle boot, an belt, lus a few small things it needed but weren't required. Things that aren't pictured but come with it: All pieces of the one year only dash trim, indshield trim, adio block off plate, wners manual, uel horns, ox of miscellaneous parts. The only lights that are working are the brake lights, ash lights, nd generator/oil warning lights. There is a dent on the rear passenger side fender. I start it every few days and ether let it run a while or go on a little cruse. Its amazing how many people complement it even in its unfinished condition. I believe the mileage to be correct so the new owner will be the first to see the odometer start over. If you are in the area and want to look it over let me know.I wouldn't recommend driving a long distance until going overeverything better. Buyer responsible for pickup or shipping.
