1980 Triumph TR 7 Convertible

I got this from the original owners estate I have the original title. Last time it was actually driven would’ve been 1996 according to the Son In Law that it was parked and never driven again the two back drum brakes drums are taken off. They’re still in good shape, but the emergency brake was pulled on and that stuck. This car does not run. I haven’t done anything to try to get it running but it’s in excellent conditio, no Bondo never been wrecked very well stored 23,000 almost 24,000 miles on it obviously it’ll need tires comes with the steel rims also that’s about it serious inquiries only Located and allenton MI 48002
