Up for sale is a 1976 Triumph TR6. Has rare factory Air conditioning. All original paint, interior and floors. Numbers matching car with 58, 241 miles on the odometer. $7450 or Best Offer takes her home
Heritage: Rare original factory Topaz Orange paint and even rarer factory Air conditioning. To those in the know about these cars will understand and appreciate the importance of these numbers: Commission Date January 1976. Commission / Vin Number CF 52525 U. Engine number CF 42575 UE. Paint Topaz Orange #84 and trim code #11 Black.
Back Story: Bought the car from a long time friend here locally in North Carolina. He got her out of GA where she'd been sitting for many years in warm dry location. I got her with the intentions of getting her on the road as a daily driver but things have come up that force sale. Best offer takes her home.
Air Conditioning: Very rare factory Air conditioning. From what I see everything is there under the hood and in the interior. This is a very rare option and components alone are worth $2500+ if you could every find them.
Mechanicals: All original under the hood from what I can tell. All factory smog equipment and AC components look complete. Car will run using an auxiliary fuel source. Sounds good and holds good oil pressure. Have video of the car running that I can send potential buyers. Car has been sitting for some time so all hydraulics are down and car can't be driven at this time. Shouldn't take much to get her back on the road. This looks to be a straight forward project.
Exterior: She's just the way I got her. Haven't even washed her. All original paint, bumpers and wheels . Doors, hood, trunk and panel fit look really good. Nice original chrome bumpers and really nice chrome luggage rack. All original TriPlex glass. Paint should buff out nicely. Please look at photos closely and make your determination of condition before bidding.
Interior: Nice original condition as seen in photos. Nice solid original floors. Car comes with a New $450 carpet kit. All AC components are present from what I can see.
Electical's: Car turns over easily with the key but again with only run on and external fuel source. Interior courtesy lights work, dash lights work, radio works, wipers work, headlights work and some of the exterior running lights work. Should be easy enough to get rest of the exterior running lights working.
Trunk: Rock solid as seen in the photos. Has original spare tire and tire cover.
Soft Top: Frame is intact and car comes with a New $500 soft top for the new owner to install.
Other Tops: Car comes with both like new Tonneau / Cockpit cover and top cover. Both shown in the auction photos. Value these 2 items at $750+.
Underbody: Appears very dry, solid and original.

Paperwork: Car was owner for nearly 25 years by previous owner who lost the title. Car comes with Bill of Sales only. It's easy enough to apply for a lost title using the Bill of Sales that I'll provide but check with your state just to make sure.
Buy it Now / Offers: Given the prices of these cars and this one has a rare color, rare factory Air conditioning and so many extra parts I believe my asking price is more than fan if you want to make an offer I'm open to that as there fair, reasonable and respectful of the car and auction description.
In Closing: This is a rare car in both color and options. Looks to be a straight forward project on the cheap. Triumph TR6's prices are going crazy and even higher if you find one with factory Air conditioning. New extra parts that come with the car total nearly $2,000 so please take that into account when making an offer. Car is available for in person inspection most anytime during the auction.
