1966 Triumph Spitfire

Hi there. I am selling my 1966 Triumph Spitfire. This car has the original factory hardtop. It was originally Wedgwood Blue, but was painted this beautiful Brown, and the interior was replaced with a nice tan with a great diamond pattern and brown carpet. It's showing some wear, and has some rusty spots throughout.
As it sits, the car runs, but it's a project. The carbs leak, and since they sit right over the exhaust it's not a great idea to leave it running for long. The battery is dead, so it'll need to be replaced. The exhaust is missing after the header. Again - it's a project, so it's sure to need things here and there.
As you can see, the body has some light duty dents and dings, and some quirks. The driver door doesn't open from the outside, and doesn't line up perfectly with the body. The gas tank isn't hooked up, and it's pulling gas from a gas can in the trunk. It'll need some parts, and some light duty electrical work. But it's a great car and an incredible looker going down the road.
It's a great project car, with a very rare factory hard top. The hard top comes off, but I've never done it so I can't tell you how. There's a trunk with some spare parts.
The engine is from a 1972, so it is 1296cc. It's a little bigger than a '66 engine. I don't know how many miles are on it.
The title is clean and in my name and from Colorado. The keys are newer replacements - two for the ignition/door and one for the trunk.
Buyer is responsible for shipping, and a deposit is required after purchase. I can arrange availability for pickup, and my schedule is fairly flexible. The car is located in Pueblo, Colorado. It's an hour and a half south of Denver, and 45 minutes south of Colorado Springs.
Please feel free to ask any questions. I am happy to provide more pictures if you need them. Thank you for looking and good luck!!
