This singleowner, mostly original, TR6 is looking for new home. I purchased it new 1976because it was last of the Classic TRs and intended hold on to for more than afew years. I used it as a driver (neverin rain or snow) unless on the way home! new Down Draft Webber Carbs, the caris all original equipment, the old, original Carbs are in good workingcondition with original filter, and are also available but not included in this sale. I haveregistrations and original bill of sale to establish provenance. VIN # CF56142.Owners manual, and shop manual.
The car hasbeen well maintained and is as reliable as a 45 year old car with Lucaselectrics can be. With the new carbs it always starts and runs better thanever. It is driven every few days to access things in the garage, and is readyto go. No rust, body or frame damage.
Milage reads54,830 and is about 1500 miles short, due to change of speedometer. The frameis clean and rust free. Top, tonneau cover, and top cover all in very goodcondition. Original top is very good condition also included, and the car hasalways been garaged.
Don’t worry,there are still a few things you add to give it your personal touch: re paint the ash try andwheels, add new gear shift knob, install the 2 new window cranks (included),put down new carpet under drivers seat. Install 2 new wiper blades.
