Description:

1973 Triumph Stag

1973 Triumph Stag V8
3.5L All Aluminum Buick V8, 350TH Automatic Transmission
Originally came with V8 but the Triumph motor had a reputation for mechanical unreliability.
Many people say that this is the motor that should have been used (Buick/Rover)
Only 2,871 were imported to the US
I bought the car at an Auction, from the paperwork it looks like the owner bought it in early 80’sand did a lot of restoration in 1998, then didn't drive it much. This Stag runs, drives, shifts and stops well.It has good window and door rubber, doesn’t rattle. The motor looks and runs like new and sounds awesome.Mileage shows 45,000Paint is a 10 footer, Body is perfect, a California car with no rust.
This Triumph is in nice shape for it’s age, inside and out.
Tires are new. Electric windows, Front disk brakes, IRS. The interior is in good shape. The convertible is in good shape except for a few small holes. No hardtop.
This is your chance to own a rare classic. (James Bond drove one in the film, Diamonds are Forever)
