1968 Triumph TR250

It's taken quite some time, but I have finally come to the realization that I will never have both the time and money to do a proper restoration on my TR 250. The last time that I drove the car, it ran very strong. The drivetrain is all solid and the odometer reads 56668. The original color of this car is Jasmine. The white panels in the pictures are coated with epoxy primer. The buyer of this car must have excellent metal working skills, or know someone who does. Rust has affected several areas of the car. Frankly the only part of the car that will not need any repairs at all are the quarter panels (rear wings) and front valance. Not every repair is a major one though. I personally tried to replace the right outrigger on the frame. Without the proper equipment to do the job I didn't get it straight. The interior and trim has all been removed in preparation to strip the paint, but everything is with the car. The side trim pieces are all in good condition. Of course the chrome will have to be redone on the bumpers and tail light bezels. There is a new wiring harness that I bought for the car from Moss Motors. Never installed. I would prefer that the buyer pick the car up personally. If you have another method in mind please check with me before the end of the auction. Sunday and Monday are my days off so plan on picking it up on one of those days. Any expenses for shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
