Just for the record the VIN is CF55698U0 - Here is theirexplanation for the VIN# field : "Required for all vehicles with a model year of 1981 or later. 17 character limit not case sensitive. The letters "O" "I" and "Q" never appear in a VIN."

I’m proud to offer this 1976 Triumph TR6 for sale. It is Heritage Certified with all numbers matching - the restoration had over 900 hours of labor and well over $20000 in parts. Only 6100 miles since complete frame-off restoration.The frame is powder-coated the underside is fully detailed as is the engine compartment with polished carbs & intakes. The engine has been upgraded and the exhaust is stainless steel to give you the best sounding and driving car out there. Drive worry free all day long – the oversized radiator fan keeps everything cool. The suspension was redone to the highest standard and is ultra-smooth. The 4 speed (+overdrive) transmission & short throw shifter assure the proper gear for every purpose. Although beautiful enough to be a show car this is not a delicate trailer queen – it’s meant to be driven and enjoyed.

The steering is upgraded the interior is next to perfection and the burl wood dash is a masterpiece to behold. Without reservation this may be the nicest fastest best restored highest quality TR6 in the U.S (possibly the planet) which handles like a dream! Everything is included – totally restored mechanically and physically. *“The 2.5 liter engine reminded us why we love inline sixes… namely for their broad climbing torque curve and those wonderful sounds they make when you wind them up just a little” *(Classic Motorsports Nov. 2010).
