1980 Triumph TR7

Here is a 1980 Triumph TR7 Convertible. Body and paint are good, ith two small defects. Right front wheel lip has rust, nd slight rust in left rear quarter. See pictures. Interior is very good, eeds cleaning.Like new convertible top. Excellent 5-speed transmission and rear axle. Complete car except for engine. (We have the head if you want it.) This car would be an excellent candidate for a V-6 or V-8 conversion. We feel the transmission, ear axle, eats and top are worth more than our starting price. We just don't have the time to part it out or fix it. Have clear Virginia title. Mileage is actual. No reserve, igh bid takes it home.

Added note: We have had several questions about the engine, nd whether it is rebuildable. It had a bad head gasket, nd sat too long with water in the cylinders. The cylinder walls are pitted, ould need to be bored or sleeved. In our opinion, t could be rebuilt, ut might not be cost effective to do so.
