For Sale in this auction is a lovingly restored 1975Spitfire 1500. This little Spitfire only has 71,653 original miles and was parked and put in dry storage for ten years before the new owner did an extensive restoration.
The restoration restored the bright yellow paint to its original shine, and replaced the following parts (All British parts):

• Theentire suspension (front and rear) with new bushings, a quick ratio rack and pinion, and new spring in rear
• New brake calipers
• New radiator
• New interior
• New soft top
• New muffler
• Five new tires
• Plus many other new parts.

This Spitfire comes with an originalsteel hard top, electric overdrive, factory tonneau cover, originalowner'smanual, shop manual and several parts catalogs. All the gauges work, all the switches work, in fact everything including the trunk light works perfectly. There is no rust anywhere on the car, as it spent the majority of the its life in Florida and Georgia. The car starts up on the first crank and is a pleasure to drive. Car has been garage kept for most of its life and is currently stored safely in a garage. The owner is selling the car to make room for new projects.
