1973 Triumph TR-6, NO RESERVE, Restored, Convertible
1973 Triumph TR-6 TR-6
NO RESERVE. 1973 Triumph TR-6, Restored garage find. Originaly from Oxnard, outhern California and then here to North Texas, his TR-6 is a solid car. The elder man that purchased this car about 5 years ago put her through a complete restoration. I was told she was all original before the current condition. The trunk shows original paint and is solid, he floors under the carpet look great and so does under the car (see pics). From whatI was told, her 70K miles on the odometetr are original andI found she still has many of her original parts. The body looks great and is super straight. I was told from the owner that hedidnt get to completethe heater, efrostcontrols and wiper switch. I have checked everything on the car and from what I found, he switches to the heater, efrost switch andwiper switchdoes notfunction. Also the original ignition switch under the column has been replaced with an aftermarket switchand the radio is not hooked up. I found the oil pressure gauge, uel gauge and temp gauge works, he voltgaugedoes not and the horn does work. This TR-6 has the double carbs and shefires right up and has great power. The transmission shifts right and the brakes also work as they should. Call Ron at 682-333-7433 with any questions...check out the youtube video below.
