The correct and original Toyota 4.2L straight six was just fully rebuilt and installed in July of 2014; the engine has the remainder of a 3 year limited warranty!!! It performs very well and makes great power and torque. The correct original 4-Speed Manual transmission was retained and shifts very smoothly. It is self evident that this truck was the recipient of a full cosmetic and mechanical restoration which was completed back in the early 2000s. The paint looks good with deep shine and luster; all of her body panels are solid and rust free. THE FRAME IS ROCK SOLID!!! This truck exudes Off-road ruggedness from every angle. All electrical and mechanical systems work as if it was a brand new truck! Components have been modernized for ease of use and comfort; modern A/C blows ice cold, Macintosh sound system was fitted with graphic equalizer, VD display screen and console mounted head unit.
