1989 Toyota Pickup

This was my daily driver up until the pandemic. Then I parked it in 2020, and I let the registration lapse in 2022. The last time it was driven was during the ice storm in 2021 and it did fine then.
I started trying to revive the truck this winter, but I don't have time to work on it. I replaced the battery and the starter, still wouldn't start. Purchased a new fuel pump, dropped the tank - and that's where it's at right now. Fuel tank is disconnected, lying in the bed. The new fuel pump is included but has not been installed.
While I was dropping the fuel tank, I did notice some rust on the frame. Severe rust on bed panels, moderate rust everywhere.
ARB bull bar is good shape.
