1988 Toyota Corolla FX

Having to sell my project car/daily driver of a 1988 Corolla FX. Made September 1988, one of the very first edition Corollas ever produced in the USA at NUMMI. Previous owner said it was a barn find in Georgia.
Some of what's been done to it since I've owned it;
- new machined aluminum crossmember bolts
- new shocks + struts
- new strut mounts
- new engine mounts
- oil + transmission fluid change
- new front suspension bushings
- new ball joints
- new tie rod inners + outers
- new CV axle + boots
- carburetor adjustment
- all new bulbsthroughout
- replaced broken light housings and seals
- new speakers
- new trunk struts
The previous owner did the following;
- transmission servicing
- rebuilt alternator
- new tires
- new radiator + cooling system
- new brakes + rotors
- added a Bluetooth radio + backup camera
- replaced the original speedometer with a GPS controlled one (the original had internal components broken)
The previous owner and I mostly tried to undo what some of the previous owners had done to the car to get it back to stock condition with a few modern improvements. The previous owner also mentioned he had a mechanic "remove the emissions" which I assume meant he did the vacuum line deletion which is fairly common to do on the 4A-LC.
Has some cosmetic defects - notably the driver's side door has areas where the vinyl cover has worn away, a crack in the dashboard on the passenger's side, and the rear bumper has scratches where someone tried to get rid of residue from some stickers which were placed on it. There is also a patch on the driver's seat.
The paint is original, but has been touched up in places.
The mileage will go up given I'm still using the car to get around.
