1976 FJ40 Landcruiser with 350 small bloc, stock transmission & transfer cas, 4.10 differential, new brake, Power steering with High Stee, Full roll cag, very nice customs bumpers the front bumper is made to accept a winch mounted on top or botto, Nostalgic air & heat (works great) mounted rear heater under drivers seat to be out of the way / not get stepped on and still heats rear . Custom tailgate & rear door, All items were bought new 3 years ag, since I've driven this apx. 4500 miles to snow ski and to Dallas no issues . Rides nice for what it is and steers like a Caddy. Put some LEDs in factory rubbers on rear as extra tail light, LED fog & driving lights up front. LED head lights . Has apx 440 HP can get more HP with bigger carb and advance timing if you want. Right now hiway gets 16.8 at 65MPH if you had 3.79 gears ratio differentials I think you could get close to 20 MPG. The pic with Black soft top was a TROA top I bought and sold you may see it in TROA ads on Ebay . Painted with Epoxy primer & Urethane paint. Custom running boards that are wider and longe, I pulled the back of front fenders out 3.5" from stock to get fenders to stop most of the mud or water that would be thrown up. I made the rear fender flares they are steel. Carpet came from JT Outfitter, new seat covers with a extra 1" memory foam on bottoms . Moved the seat brackets back 5.75" to get maximum leg room which makes a BIG difference. Stereo with 4-6" x 9" speakers you can hear driving with top off. Bimini top I keep on when I put hard top on . Leaf springs are new and mounted on top of the axl, rides really nice for a lifted FJ with 40" tires.
