1984 Toyota Land Cruiser
This 1984 Toyota Land Cruiser BJ40 (diesel) is being sold on behalf of the original owner. The vehicle was purchased new in 1984, and had over 400K kilometers on it when it was parked and stored 12 years ago in a dehumidified garage.
During that time The Blue Max, as it's known locally, began a full restoration. All original steel body parts were sandblasted, and a new steel tub and steel half-doors were installed - there's no rust and no aluminum anywhere on the vehicle. New OEM parts were also obtained and are ready for installation. All parts needed to complete the restoration are present. Please see photos for progress to date.
Due to recent health issues, the original owner is unable to complete the restoration and is entertaining offers from enthusiasts who can appreciate the project.
