Description:

1994 Toyota Land Cruiser

1994 Toyota Land Cruiser with Full Time 4 Wheel Drive. This model is desirable as it is equipped with three factory locking differentials. If you know what you get with these 80 series then you know the factory triple lockers are the best of the best. Currently is sitting on a 4 inch lift. The lift is set up with heavy springs so that it will actually ride a little smoother as you add weight. (Ex. add a rear steel bumper, rock sliders, load it down with gear, add a spare...). It's no exaggeration that it gets compliments everywhere I take it. Even had a few cash offers, but I was having too much fun at the time. This SUV isn't a trailer queen and being a nearly 30 year old SUV has a a few dings. What you will not find however, is any substantial rust on the undercarriage. It has been garage kept since I purchased it more than a year ago. It's only been worked on and taken care of. I've done minor work myself. Some more major work was completed by Frisbee Automotive in Waxahatchie. They are Toyota experts and work on a ton of rigs like this. Ive had zero issues with this SUV on trails or highways. Engine is the 4.5L Inline 6 1FZ FE which has a well known reputation for being a stout driver.
AC is strong in the Texas heat which we all appreciate!

Im sure there is more I'm missing, but even for a partial build this thing has a lot of parts. Plenty of room for you to finish it out the way you want!
This 80 series has 39,000 miles and some change on it. I'm still driving it on occasion to make sure its running smoothly. So the miles will creep up, but it will be sold with under 40,000. The title is rebuilt. It was involved in a side accident on the front passenger side axle in the 90's. Sat for years until the then owner gave it to his son who rebuilt it to use. That isn't all in the car fax, but thats what I was told at time of purchase. I haven't found anything to dispute that and it matches up with why the miles are low, yet the title is rebuilt. Mechanically I've had no issues with it and its been a fantastic truck to drive. While I haven't done anything too crazy in this rig, I would have no doubt you could. Its yet to have been slowed by anything I've driven it over. Zero mudding done, just low to moderate trails.
Fixes if desired: windshield needs to be resealed, interior driver side door panel is split and needs a replacement, speedometer works as does the trip counter, but the rest of the dash does not. You can reset mileage counter until you fill up again to make sure your gas is doing ok. At least until you get a fix. I had it quoted at $400 parts and installation. Eventually will need some reseals on the front axels. Previous owner had a few holes drilled in the roof for a tent. These havn't been welded shut yet, but it san easy fix. I have a brand new cover that will be included to give extra protection. I'm sure more minor issues may pop up over the years, but that comes with old vehicles.
The only real noticeable rust I've found on the frame is in the rain tracks above the doors. Just little spots. Easily can be buffed out and coated. Hasn't been an issue during my ownership so I havn't messed with it.
NO help needed selling this. Title is in my name. No checks.
PICKUP in person will be local (DFW TEXAS) at a secure location with cameras.
Thanks for checking it out!-L
