1994 toyota pickup, Arizona vehicle, low miles, one owner

1994 Toyota Pickup 1/2 TON SHORT WHEELBASE STB

I acquired this great running and driving little pickup from the original owner who I know. He bought it new here in Tucson, Arizona. I've heard this year of Toyota pickup was known for bad paint,and this one baked in the Arizona sun until the clear coat flaked off so I have worked with the paint with wet sanding and rattle can original color to the point where it is presentable whereas before it wasn't. The great part about our hot,dry climate is that our vehicles don't rust. The truck features a new clutch, low miles (112438), cold A/C, new seat cover (original has some tears) and bed liner. The removable faceplate and remote for the audio system is in the glove box, and is inoperable. The fuel gauge is unreliable. The vehicle is currently registered (expires 31 May 2023), which means it passed emissions last year and there's no reason to believe it won't still pass. I have the original Arizona title which is signed and notarized (23 April 2023) and ready to be assigned to the second owner. This title has a lien against it from a Credit Union. I also have the original, notarized (16 July 1999) paid lien release from the credit union. These documents should allow you to become the second owner of the vehicle when presented to your state's motor vehicle division. I know this would be the case in Arizona. If you have a requirement for me to put the vehicle in my name, get a clear title in my name, and assign it to you, I will gladly do that, but it may take a little time. This truck runs and drives great. Not sure why VIN pulled up description as 1/2 ton, as I thought these vehicles were 1/4 ton. I may be mistaken about that. Please submit any questions.
