1979 Toyota Celica Supra MK1

This car is the begining of a car racing legend.

Started its name as a celica supra, but having a more power ful engine then the celica, longer wheel base, batter 4 disc brskes, a antisway bar in the back, wider tires, a stronger transmission and more interior features. The celica supra was launch to compete with the best in Japan the 280z. The idea of the celica supra was to to have a fast luxury car, it had alot of ammenities for its time like power windows power locks am fm casette player and even a gear selecator indicator on the manual transmissions.

The car has a clean title and has live in El Paso Texas all of its life. El paso has a very dry weather meaning that the car dosent show any signs of rust. The car had been in the same family since new, until i bough it.

Exterior is in fair shape with some minor dings and dents and the clear starting to come off. No signs of bondo or rust on the body.

Inteior will need total restoration, seats will need to be redone as well as the headliner and front dash cover, its very complete as far as interior parts but will need work

Mechanical

It will need a complete restoration, previous owner told me that the engine of the car was repair in 2010. But i didnt have a chance to start it up, thats why im selling it as project. Might need a new engine.

I wanted to restore this toyota supra to its former glory but bills have been pilling up and i will like to sell it.
