1980 Toyota RAV4 EV 4-door SUV

Excellent condition 2001 Rav4 All Electric.
Very few of these were made and even fewer are still running.
This vehicle is in excellent condition but needs a set of batteries as the current ones are 18 years old.
It is not running because of the batteries.
Comes with the Magna-Charger which still works. Vehicle tries to charge but after it realizes the batteries are under voltage, the charge system shuts down and tries again but just does not charge. Has DTC code 2946. Battery ECU communication error.VIN # JT3GS10V910003149 Ebay would not accept, probably due to rareness of vehicle
