The Toyota has been my daily driver for sometime now. This is a proven reliable truck and it is your turn to take this master piece and enjoy it for the rest of your life.
Body and Interior
The body, frame, chassis, and rails are straight and solid. It's a very reliable easy to maintain rig that gets you anywhere you need. The interior is brand new and super clean. The paint has some patina to it but looks good.
Engine and Transmission
This Toyota is powered by a very strong and desired 22re fuel injected engine paired with a 5 speed manual transmission that works flawlessly. The engine is swapped from a 92' pickup and has been fully rebuilt. It is California BAR Certified as well and passes smog with flying colors. It can handle freeway speeds, towing, whatever the task is its there to help you. Odometer reads 108,000 miles but the whole dash has been swapped from the 92' pickup as well! If you know this engine they will last a lifetime.
Wear and Tear
This Toyota is very clean and one of a kind. Probably one of the only Custom Cabs for sale in the U.S. To my knowledge the truck has spent its life in sunny California. There is no apparent rust. No head unit for stereo. Floors are perfect. AC is hooked up and compressor blows and it is converted to r134 but needs to be charged. This is a 80s truck that can go freeway speed with no issues, no rattles, just smooth sailing.
Title and Registration
I have a clean California title in my name and registration is good until November 2019. If you know about these rigs Custom Cabs are near impossible to find and 4x4's are even harder. It is titled in my name and registered. Passed smog with no issue. It's a very unique rig unlike others on the market. It has been regularly maintained. Runs and drives great, is fun to drive and ready to enjoy as-is. It has loads of character that's hard to duplicate.
