1985 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ60. LandCruiser. Landcruiser. Adult driven. New-out-the-box-from-dealership - Toyota 5 speed manual transmission, so it comfortably keeps up on the highway. wouldoccasionallydrive from DFW to Austin area for work, and 5 speed manual allows you to easily keep up on I-35 all the way there. New header, pipe, and muffler. Professionally rebuilt steering gear box. Professionally rebuilt power steering. New factory size tires. Seats recovered with factory produced upholstery from Cool Cruisers of Texas, so they look great.Seat frames, and all hardware repainted when seats recovered.Carpet replaced with diamond plate.Sound deadener installed in floor when new flooring installed, so quieter than most. A/C runs cold. New A/C condenser. New fuel pump.Many new parts during restoration.Restoration completed approximately end of 2017.All parts listed above, included as part of that restoration.Very few miles since restoration.Can likely find a photo of restoration stage odometer for someone with serious interest.Detachable face stereo. Only noticeable difference from stock, is that I had windows tinted to be able to stand Texas summers. Please look underneath, I see no rust except on that bare metal bracket that holds muffler. This appears to be an FJ only driven in the South, I know I see photos of cars from up North that appear to have the entire under-body freshly painted to cover up rust. Also, lot of minor tune-up and maintenance stuff. Battery replaced 12/2016. I do not off-road this FJ, in fact, I keep a set of daily use mats on top of the clean mats below. Very clean. Four wheel drive works fine. Nothing is wrong with the FJ, was something I enjoyed with my ex-wife.She left, so perhaps, it was more my hobby than hers. Have owned approximately five years.
