Finished in cream white over navy blue, this little gem is a one-of-a kind listed here currently. The working odometer shows 93.600 miles and is strongly believed to be accurate and original [due to the year I cannot 100% verify this]. This forty year-old classic sports a great running 1/6 liter 2T-C inline four cylinder engine mated to the factory 3 speed automatic transmission. Other features include COLD A/C, working am radio, reclining bucket seats, manual windows, original wheel wrench in it's pouch and 13" steel wheels with good rubber.It is being sold with salvage California title and.....

THE BODY AND TRIM
This exterior of this 1979 Toyota is in quite good virtually 100% rust-free condition.The paint sports a gleaming overall shine with nice original chrome bumpers and trim as well. The right side door has been amateurishly painted with some tattered trim. I am told that the salvage title was issued as a result of this side swipe years back, So, the paint is non-original. It is still very presentable overall with few negligible rock nicks, scratches and other cosmetic blemishes on this dry and clean little Corolla hatchback. I mean "lift back" with two words as a matter of fact!!

THE INTERIOR
As I hope is articulated in the photos, the interior of this Corolla is in truly FABULOUS original condition overall with beautiful original un-cracked dashboard, COLD A/C, working radio [broken antenna] and all gauges and controls [what few there are] functioning as they should. The horn, blinkers, lights, odometer and other gauges all work great. The heat works great and did I mention the A/C blows ice cold?Noteworthy imperfections include one slightly mismatched replaced driver seat, some soiling on the original blue carpeting and cracked and faded rear hatch panels. Overall this is still one EXTREMELY nice original non-smoker cockpit!

THE DRIVING EXPERIENCE
This little lift back starts well with smooth running engine along with excellent braking and tight suspension and nice steering feel and crisp, tossable handling. While it will certainly not keep up with a new Supra, it drives just as you would expect from a low-mileage forty year-old classic all while delivering about 30 miles per gallon on the open road while gleaning much attention from fellow drivers!
