1971 Toyota Land Cruiser

I just put a kit in the carburetor, installed a new battery, checked fluids and started it for the first time in what I was told many years. Previous owner said they purchased the Toyota almost 10 years ago with the intentions of restoring it. They had the engine rebuilt, cleaned the radiator and fuel tank and installed a front disc brake conversion and new master cylinder. Some time after that, the truck was parked. I purchased it several weeks ago thinking I could work on it. My situation has changed financialy and am no longer able to tinker on this truck. During the rebuild, a stainless looking exhaust header was installed but not hooked up to the existing exhaust. Because of the header tubes, they also installed a oil filter relocation kit as well. It has a 3 speed manual ttransmision with a column shift, which the "collar" is loose on the column but will shift through all gears. Brakes work well, so does the clutch, at least while I yard drove it around. The light buckets, headlight trim, grill, blinkers, taillights were all removed when I first took possession. I have since installed the grill. I do know some parts that are missing: 1 front fender top blinker, back rest for back seat, rear glass. The truck has a spring over axle lift kit with homemade steering linkage. Front driveshaft is removed, but I do have it. The glass seems to be in decent shape. Tires are garbage but do hold air. In order to be more driveable, the carburetor needs to be dialed in as it will currently idle with the choke mostly closed.
