Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I sell vehicles differently than most dealers. Buying your next car or truck through one of my NO RESERVE auctions is the best way to take the games out of your next automotive purchase. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to check out each of the 70+ photos and read this entire written description, as well as our Terms & Conditions, carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 1985 Toyota Tercel Deluxe with just 65k original miles. I would rate the exterior of this Tercel to be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. Please keep in mind that this is a 33 year old car. The paint shows some fading from age. Otherwise, the finish looks decent. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors and tail gate all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. All of the trim is present and shows well. The factory wheels show well and are wrapped in nice rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. I would rate the interior of this Tercel to also be in ABOVE AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The carpets are clean and full looking throughout the interior. The dash and headliner are clean, too. The seats show well throughout the interior, with just minor cracks showing from age. Everything in the car is original...right down to the radio. The driver's window needs a new regulator. The heater works well. This Tercel is A/C equipped, but it's too cold to tell whether it works. The cargo area is spacious and clean. Pride in ownership shows throughout this Tercel. Mechanically, this Toyota appears to be in good running and driving condition. She fires right up. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good for an older car. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the five speed manual transmission are smooth and clean. For an old girl, she gets around pretty good. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. With just 65k miles on the clock from new, this Tercel is barely broken in. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
