Toyota Corolla All Trac Wagon

1988 Toyota Corolla

Hi, up for sale is my rare 1988 Toyota Corolla All-Trac Wagon. I have two cars and am selling it simply because I don't use this one very much anymore. The car is in good mechanical condition and has been extremely reliable, and is rust free (Floridacar) but it does have a few issues:
The paint is pretty bad
Dash is fairly cracked
drivers seat has a rip
The rest of the interior looks good, no stains or any other seat rips
Has a small oil leak, I have to fill it about 1/4 a quart every 1,000 miles
Needs a new muffler
Engine was replaced, got it from a previous owner with a blown head gasket. Replacement engine had 120,000 miles on it. Body and trans have 92,000 miles on it
All the electrical components work, but the washer fluid reservoir leaks. I haven't had a chance to replace it.
A/C works well
Car is AWD with a constant 50/50 split, and I have the Japanese inspection papers as this car was made in japan.
All in all the car runs very well, especially considering its age. Hoping it goes to a loving home.
