Its a sad day but unfortunately I do not have the time to enjoy this van as it was intended and after 2.5 years and ton of fun its time to let her go to a better home. this van is the 4th vehicle for my family and I and we have no room for parking at our new house for this van or the parts van.

1988 Toyota lite ace GXL 4wd, 5 speed, SKYLITE roof, RHD, 2ct turbo diesel motor with manually locking front hubs.

234k kilometers on the odometer ( 150-170k miles ) and I currently driver her about 3 miles a week taking my kids to school in it

van is awesome, just very very slow but this thing gets more looks than any of my other cars no matter where I take it

Very hard to get this thing registered in California and it does clean with the dmv recognizing the 11 digit Japanese vin

middle seats spin around 360 degrees and entire back folds down into bed. Seats 7 with little jump seat

I have limo tinted all the windows, added a pioneer motorized dvd player with back up camera and DVD override switch so that you can watch movies while driving, all interior lighting has been converted to LED, VIPER alarm with kill switch and ignition disable, Bluetooth, and the roof rack has LED lights on all sides.

This van runs like any other old well maintained Toyota, very well. these vans are pretty easy to get basic parts like gaskets and hoses but any major parts can be challenging . This is why I elected to source a parts van to ensure this vans road worthiness .I will include another van that is used for parts to keep the 88 going. 1990 Toyota liteace gxl 4wd auto tranny with no skylights and 154k kilometers on her, ( van was t-boned on passenger side ) the exterior and interior color are identical on both vans and would prefer to sell with the 88 as it guarantees this thing to be on the road for many more years to come. This parts van has the same interior and exterior colors so there is 2 of everything ! The 90 is not registers but I have all import paperwork in case you wanted to get that one back on the road. I have owned the parts van for about a year now
