This is a 1984 Land Cruiser FJ60 4WD Sport Utility. These are a very sought after and collectible off-road vehicle especially in this price point and in this good condition.
Mechanically this is an absolutely incredible truck, and we HAVE just under $4400 worth of RECEIPTS of a major professional engine overhaul done THIS YEAR. It has the 4.2L inline 2F 6 cylinder engine and 4 speed manual transmission. This is a factory Air Conditioned Land Cruiser which did not come standard on these. Some of the new part upgrades in the past 6 months include: new radiator, New cap and rotor/distributor, New oil pan, new master cylinder, brakes recently serviced, new starter, new carburetor, and new tires on the ground.
Cosmetically this Cruiser has an extermely good body and is a very solid truck. Very, very little rust anywhere on the SUV, and it is very clean underneath as well. The interior is also very clean as well, and the carpet, dash, door panels, console, and seats are all undamaged. The A/C also blows COLD!
I do not want the person reading this write up thinking that this is a brand new or freshly restored unit. It is a used car with minor flaws and I would never want to misrepresent it. That being said, compared to other comparable Land Cruiser FJ60's in age and miles that is in the "very very nice driver, but not a show car" category; I would say it is better than 99% out there.
