1988 Toyota Land Cruiser

I built this truck as a daily driver.
The build tread for this truck can be located on IH8mud under the 60 section. search 88 resto mod.
the following is a short list of what was done during the restoration.

New GM 5.3 erod motor kit

New GM 4L65 Transmission with cruise and connect package

Manual transfer case rebuilt by valley hybrids with twin sticks

Rebuilt steering box, new tie road ends and new steering shaft

80 series rear axle with all completely rebuilt with oem parts

Tundra front break conversion with 80 series master cylinder

New drive shaft from Tom Woods

TLC 4x4 install kit

New griffin radiator

3:73 gear set

Additional transmission and power steering cooler

New factory color paint

Complete new AC system

Cruise control unit

New weather stripping

New lift gate struts.

New Kenwood nav unit with apple play

Keyless entry with alarm system

Tuffy center console with usb and dc plugs from second battery, all electric component use blue sea components.

Kaymar rear bumper

New fj Cruiser wheels with bridgestone tires

New front bumper end caps, head light surrounds, grill, door handles, license plate light, head lights tail lights, side markers and as much trim as I could get new.

New carpet with dynomat and dyno liner

New parts of the dash I could get from Toyota.

I have driven the truck about 15,000 miles since the restoration.
