1988 Toyota Supra Sport Package

I am offering for sale a very nice part of the "Big Eighties".
This flashback is a red 1988 Toyota Supra, six cylinder with manual transmission as well as the sport package which included;
- Automatic Climate Control- Limited Slip Differential- ABS Brakes- TEMS Electronic Suspension System- Special Rear End Ratio (From the Sport Package)- Headlight Washers- Rear Window Wiper w/ Washer- Cruise Control
- The car has the certificates for the interior protection coating as well as the undercoating that can be seen in the photographs.
- The car also has electric adjustable seat bolsters.
I had purchased this car from the former owner who had put on approximately 400 miles in 5 years of ownership. The car is in very good shape and has not been abused.
It currently shows just over 90,000 miles and has clean CarFax. The car has passed from the original elderly owner, onto his son upon his father's passing, then onto the third owner (the one that hardly used the car) and then onto myself last year.
This is a very nice car and I thought that I would enjoy adding it to my collection. While it is a fun car to drive, I prefer the lack of safety, reliability and handling of the pre- and slightly post war cars more than the nice ride and handling of this more modern car. I have therefore decided to sell it.
The car runs great and while the paint is very nice, there are some chips and some small touch-ups on it. The tires are new with only a few thousand miles put on them. The hood pistons need to be replaced and the trunk release latch cable needs to be repaired. The E-Brake boot was removed by the previous owner and a replacement has been ordered. It will go with the car. I have included a video of the car that shows the car being started as well as a walk around of the body to enable any interested parties to review the condition.
The interior of the car is very clean although it is not perfect and shows some signs of wear / use as can be seen.The original floor mats are in the car as well. The original stereo head unit has been replaced with the Kenwood unit, however, the original unit was saved and will go with the car to the new owner in case they would like to re-install it.
The dash is free of cracks and or sum damage. The headliner is in great condition as well. The center console arm rest shows some compression of the foam, however, it is in good condition as well.

The winning bidder is required to provide the $500 non-refundable down payment within 24 hours of the end of the sale. The remaining balance is due within 4 business days. Cash, Wire Transfer or certified checks may be used. If you wish to pay with a check, the title and car will not be released from my possession until my receiving bank has fully cleared the check. I will consider the use of Paypal, however, if you wish to pay through Paypal, then you will be required to gross up the amount by the percentage that Paypal collects from my account, if I choose to accept it.

I am sensitive to the issues of arranging transportation if you are a non-local buyer. With that knowledge, the car may remain where it is for up to three (3) weeks from the date that the funds have cleared and the title is released. Please note, that during this time, you will be responsible for the car.
