1994 Toyota Celica Black 169,244mi, Needs New Battery to Start, Will Run/Drive

See photos. Car has been parked for a while. Ran and drove fine before it sat but now appears to need a new battery. I cannot guarantee that there are no other issues with this car as it does not charge when jumped. The car will not currently start. As stated, it did run and drive fine before it was parked, aside from needing a new muffler and also leaking fuel from the underside of the gas tank. Enough to form a small puddle overnight but not pouring out. May be fixable by additional JB-Weld. Scrap yard used tank is $50/avg.
