1973 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40

This is a running/driving project vehicle. I bought this in North Idaho, it had been sitting for a few years. We went through it in my shop to get it to this point for interstate transport and testing. I’ve gone over the major components with no complaints, I have driven it 2 miles, I have not tested every bulb etc. it is a project. 1973-83 FJ40’s have all the aftermarket support, the older units not as much. I’ve restored dozens of FJ40’s over the years, I’ve moved on to other types of vehicles, this is the last FJ40 I own. I have this for sale locally and on eBay, the 1st buyer that agrees at $6500 FIRM owns it. There is no haggling on this one, a running/driving FJ40 with a hard top and doors under 10k is hard to find. Of the last 7 vehicles I’ve sold on eBay, only one has made it to auction completion, I price everything to sell quick. MECHANICAL

Small block Ford 289/302 V8, good tight, no smoke or rattles. FJ40 original 3 speed manual and 3 speed manual shift transfer case. Stock 4.10 geared axles. Major components tested out good.

BODY

The body is decent speaking FJ40. Most of these are rusted to the ground, this one can be saved. I go over condition in more detail on the video, but check out all the pictures with flash on my lift and in my shop, they will give you a better idea. I’ve installed all the parts from my dwindling collection I have left on this truck that were needed, the remainder of my FJ40 parts are being sold on eBay under user name fj40partsource.

This is a running/driving project with a clean clear Idaho state title with matching VIN tag.1973 model year is emissions exempt in most states. I USPS you the papers directly after full payment is cleared. Truck or papers don’t leave my possession until full cleared payment. I will deliver within 250 miles of 99353 at $1.25 a loaded mile, must be paid up-front.
