The paint is not original. The previous owner resprayed both the outside and inside.
The plug in the front was a winch that was on it, ince then got rid of it and no longer have it, ould be easy to add one since the electrical is all done.
The mileage is 100% accurate, am the third owner of this vehicle and talked to both owners when I bought it. It was a farm truck most of its life until the second owner got it and he was a collector that only drove it occasionally, e had 12 other cars. The engine has never been pulled or rebuilt, t has the matching numbers engine, hassis, nd ignition.
Has all new window seals, ll the lights, linkers and electrical work. Windshield wipers work, eater works. Everything works on this FJ.
Some have asked if the rims are chevy rims. No they are not - those are not Chevy hubcaps, ut Holy Grail, arly thin-door Land Cruiser hub caps. Hard to find in bad shape, igher than giraffe nuts to buy in good shape.
This FJ drives smooth even at speeds of 60MPH, can take my hands off the steering wheel at that speed and it drives perfectly straight. This FJ does not wobble or pull to one side, t rides smooth, t has not been tampered with.
Everyone wants to know about rust, ou can search for it, ut will be very difficult to find. It has only lived in California and Nevada.
I even have the original Japanese carburetor, riginal manuals and the original air filter as well. Original 6 cylinder engine. Even have the original key matching the original numbered ignition.
Clean title and up to date tags, he is my weekend cruiser and is regularly driven.
