Subaru Legacy SS

1994 Subaru Legacy

Car runs and drives but has an idle issue, (covered later.) The car is in above average condition cosmetically but does have paint bubbling due to rust on the front passenger fender. Clear coat on the hood is peeling but otherwise a clean car, originally from Colorado but the car came to Iowa about five years ago. The down fall is that it needs an ECU chip from a company call RobTune, and the corresponding injectors for the tune you want. They have a 440 tune and a 525 tune. I have installed all necessary parts for the tune and it runs and drives, but when warmed up the idle travels from 1200 rpm to 500 rpm. Other people have linked this to the lack of tune. The automatic seat belt needs the cable put back on track and the ABS light is on for an unknown reason. I just cannot put any more time or money into this car and would like to clear my garage.
