???????? ????????????????: Arm rests not purchased when build was ordered. Metal caps cover the arm rest holes in door panels; arm rests not ordered. Headlight bezels missing.
RESEARCH: Get smart by Googling: “A Brief History of Studebaker Trucks: An Analysis of Production Records”. For a full bio on Studebaker E Series trucks get a copy of Studebaker Turning Wheels magazine for December 1993 from Cornerstone Registration Ltd, Osseo, MN (Google is your friend).
THE STORY: The E-series trucks went into production in September 1954, and remained in production until September 1955. The 1955 trucks were designated as E series, and differed little in appearance from earlier 3R trucks. The metal ‘overlay’ grille remained the same as the 1954 models, The headlight rims were now integrated into the parking light bezels. There was a new, full-width Studebaker emblem on the front lip of the hood. These three items were unique to the 1955 E-series trucks. The rear of the cab was revised to accommodate the larger rear window. The E5 Series featured the wider one piece front windshield.
CONDITION: Typical of these trucks rust out on the door bottoms, cab step up, rear of front fenders; probably some rust out on cowl behind front fenders. Remarkably the bed deck and components are pretty solid and straight, rear fenders not too bad. Expect metal work to resolve these issues.

After almost 4,000 sales on eBay, Facebook and Craigslist we try to treat every customer like you were our first!
ABOUT OUR OFFERINGS: Most auto parts we sell are over 60+ years old and will need some or full restoration. In some cases we have NOS parts and the listing will show NOS. We do not warranty or guarantee any items work, have been tested or function properly. You must make your own determinations and assure fitment for your application. We want you to be happy so ask questions before purchasing.
ABOUT SHIPPING EXPENSES: Shipping and packaging expenses have increased dramatically and it is expected they will continue to increase. We try to pack as tightly and small as possible. Carriers and shippers are constantly “moving the ball” so it is hard to be accurate. We do the best we can to keep expenses low. We get eBay’s small discount when we ship thru eBay’s sources. We try to factor that discount in for you. Usually it comes out fair.
