Up for sale is this 1939 Studebaker L5 Coupe Express pick up truck. Extremely straight, rust free California original example. I cannot stress enough how straight and rust free this truck is. A fantastic and rare foundation. The floors,door jambs, bed, frame, core support and all other structural components are clean straight and dry. The engine starts and runs great. All glass is intact and undamaged. The 3 speed manual transmission shifts excellent. Door handles function, windows roll up and down smoothly. The truck was driven into the garage which is where the project began back in November of 2014. Many components and sub assemblies have been immaculately restored. Please view the full inventory list below and see pictures for a more in depth description. As you can see in the pictures, the front suspension has not been reinstalled after the complete rebuild of the components. However, the truck does sit on a dolly with casters that is bolted in place. The transport truck will need a winch. A ton of money has been spent on this project to date. Many receipts for parts and labor included.
