1952 Studebaker Commander Eight 2 Dr
Beautiful 52 Starlite coupe has just been through a complete restoration. the car was found in a shed where it had been since 82. The car had a past history as a successful class champ racer 1968 to 1974 and has remained within a 25 mile radius of where it was sold it's whole life. My dad almost bought this car when I was born and I was told how bad he wished he would have my whole life. I amazingly found it and bought it for his 90th birthday. what you see now took 2 years to restore. The car was completely disassembled an stripped to bare metal and painted a bright silver blue. Floorpan is a complete new "factory" replacement. Most of the interior was removed in it's racing days so all you see is new.. paddin, carpets, seat upholstery, and headliner. Seats are from a van(ike new condition)..console and shifter added. transmission is 3speed Chevy automatic and engine is a Jasper stock rebuilt 1996 4.3 Chevy vortec "roller cam". Has new... wire harnes, tires, carb on Edelbrock intake, electric fan system, shocks, tires, battery. All stock chassie with a very solid frame, no rust , Has all new fuel and brake line, new brakes and cylinders, electric fuel pump. new single exaust system. All chrome, trim, and glass are all original to this car. This is a sweet car, runs smooth and quite. Could be driven to new home. Reason for sale.... Dad was killed in an accident 4 days after his only drive in his car. It has been driven only 25 miles! Please contact with any questions or concerns. Serious bidders only.Vehicle Details:
