1956 Studebaker President

This rare model is 100% original and in excellent condition in all respects. This is a true 1 owner car and dealer owned and maintained since 1976. Many Studebaker experts consider the 1956 model to be one of the best cars built- and this is a fine, low mileage example. In addition to power steering, features unique to this series include rotary speedometer, dual exhaust system integrated thru rear bumper ends and all poplar power options including ACusually found only in very expensive luxury models. The mileage of 65,947 is actual miles, however the title reads exempt due to the age of the vehicle.
The car was originally purchased in 1956 in Augusta Kansas by the Meters family who owned Meters clothing downtown, it was traded for by my Ford dealer friend in 1976 and has been in his hands ever since. It starts, runs and drives just as it should. The paint and chrome is as close as you will ever get to new and original, the interior is original and has only slight signs of wear. The car appears to be rust free, I have crawled all around under it and see no signs at all. It has always been stored in doors and it shows all around.
