For Sale byoriginal owner is a 2002 Superformance MKIII Shelby Cobra with only 2,739 miles. It is chassis number SPO-1366. Superformance is the only replica builder to be endorsed and licensed by Carroll Shelby. This car can even be placed in the Shelby registry. This factory built beauty is finished in Galaxy Blue with Wimbledon White stripes and black leather interior. This car is equipped with true Smith's gauges, oto-Lita wood steering wheel, love box, olished stainless steel roll bar and roadster bumpers, ruealuminum knock-off wheels, ilver ceramic coated side pipes, ilwoodbrakes, ilstein shocks and many factory upgrades implemented in 2002.
The Factory soft top, ide curtains and tonneau cover were kept in storage and never put on car. A brand new (in box) Superformance car cover is included along with extra parts andaccessories.
Under the hood is a custom 351 Windsor engine, uilt by Eric Hinderberger of Performance Engineering in Hamilton, hio. Dyno verified at 471 Horsepower. The components utilized include: Scat crankshaft, peed Pro pistons and connecting rods, omp Cams camshaft, ir FlowResearchaluminium cylinder heads, delbrock powder coated intake manifold, 50CFM Speed DemonCarburetor, SD billetdistributor, SD ignition with REV limiter, olley electric fuel pump, tainless steel surge tank, nd a long list of other highquality parts and options too numerous to list.
The owner's manual, yno sheets and a binder full of documents come with the car. Also included are many photos of the rolling chassis as received from thefactory, ealer prep work, ngine build and engine on dyno.
This car has been garage kept since new and never driven in bad weather. Must be seen to appreciate the stunning 1960's-era Galaxy Blue paint utilized on theoriginal Shelby Cobras.
