Backdraft is known as one of the best Cobra replica builder in the business, one of their defining characteristics is building these cars with bigger dimensions, coming in at 153.5''x 67.5'' they are 5 inches longer than a standard build and that extra space not only makes the look and stance much more aggressive, it, more importantly make the car a lot more comfortable to operate. This particular car comes equipped with a 427 engine and a Tremec T5 - 5 speed transmission. The 427 is arguable the most desirable engine you can put in a Cobra for a 2 good reasons, first, it's the period correct powerplant and second it's extremely easy to upgrade reliability, this Cobra's puts out a claimed 580 HP! They also come with independent suspension and brakes taken from a BMW M3. This car has also been equipped with the German leather dash, Autometer gauges, the optional wood steering wheel, 4-point safety harnesses, chrome driver roll bar, carpeted trunk, and 18" knock off wheels.
