This is an extremely low serial number CSX 4000 series [4188] - which was one of the last ones built at the Las Vegas Speedway facility before they moved the production plant. This car was finished in a custom Blue-Green Pearl at the original factory color, and signed by Carrol Shelby himself. This is not a "laser engraved" signature that is seen on later CSX 4000... models and CSX 6000 series models.This car previously belonged to "Mr Cobra" and came out of the best Shelby Cobra collection in the world! Out of over 650 CSX4000 series cars, only 200 were made ALUMINUM! This CSX 4000 is fitted with the 1965 Shelby suspension, Wildwood brakes and an aluminum 3.54 differential with a Top Loader 4 speed transmission. It carries no stripes and has black sidepipes and a chrome roll bar and Goodyear Eagle tires!
