This is a 197 Rolls Royce with 25k original miles. It was in long term storage since last registered in 1989. We bought the car in a collection. This car was not running when purchased. We had the gas tank repaired, fuel pump added, carbs rebuilt, new keys, new battery and much more. We started the car up and it ran. After a bit of tuning, the car starts up immediately. The transmission shifts fine, the engine does not smoke. The car runs and drives but will have to be Professionally looked at for further repairs. The transmission leak fluid and will have to be repaired. No oil leak on engine. We recommend a mechanical restoration of this vehicle to make it roadworthy. The windows work slowly, radio works, seats work, lights etc but all these should be addressed since the car sat for many years. The tires will need replacement. the exhaust is quite and the cars undercarriage is solid. Interior is excellent, body is very good, paint seems to be original. wood is excellent except as disclosed. We recommend transporting this car.
