1987 Porsche 911 Cabriolet CONVERTIBLE

PLEASE : If you have any questions, want to make an offer, or buy this 91, call me at 912.4148993. I am genuinely trying to sell this car right now, and am looking for a serious buyer so do not have a lot of bandwidth for messaging back and forth. A phone call is the best way to get information here. Please only bid if you have funds ready and are ready to buy. If you want to bi, and you win the auction, you are *bidding to buy, not to inspect the car or make an offer for less $$. I reserve the right to end this auction at any time and sel, even if reserve has been met. Too many times buyers here on eBay do not follow through, or communicate after the auction and eBay does nothing to prevent this from happening again and again, s, I will sell to the first person ready to follow through and pay for the car. Thank you for your understanding.. now onto this car:

I bought this car about a year ago out of a long ter, 20 year storage in Napa, CA. The car had been parked u, reportedly for brake issues. The car has no rust, and is very straight / clean/ original. I originally made no attempt to start the car, but shipped it up to my shop here in Eugene, and removed the engine to inspect/ prep for bringing back to driving condition.
I have spent over $10,000 since August last yea, ( I have receipts for parts/ work) and only about 1500 miles ago on this car.
Engine was removed, and stripped down to longblock. . Head bolts re-torqued (all good) . New clutch installed with clutch throwout fork upgrade at same time. New starter moto, alternator, air conditioning compressor, fuel return lines, rear engine seal, valve cover gaskets and valve adjustment, spark plugs, spark plug wires, ca, roto, DME rela, fuel pump, oil change and filters all performed.
Engine re-installed, and then all 4 corners of brakes replaced (all rotors, caliper, pads, and brake hoses) . Brand new drive axles installed.
Car suffered from sitting for so long, but now start, runs, drives and stops as it should. FUN to drive, great car. Heat works, still could use some dialing in with ancillary system, mainly air vents. Carpet is dirty and stained, and floor mats missing.
Car is a very unusual specification and has a couple great options ; 'Triple White ' car with white paint, wheels and interior. Real Sport seats. Limited Slip Differential in its G50 transmission. I spent the money for a stainless steel cat delete pipe (cat will go with car, however) . Automatic heat control.
Car has original 84,100 miles.
Car does burn some oil, and the carpet is stained/ dirty. Soft top does keep you dry, and works/ looks fine. More desirable NON power top. Semi-power seats (all work) windows all work. Stereo works. Engine sounds great.
NO oil leaks .
Tires are old.
Paint not so great. It looks like the bra installed on it in the 1980s wore through the paint in places in the front, and some paint dull / faded. Looks like drivers door was repainted sometime in the past.
Clear Oregon title ready to go in my name. Clean Carfax.
What else can I tell you? If you have any questions/ concerns/ respectful observations, send your phone number to discuss. IF you want to buy the car, my # is in the ad give me a jingle. I believe the car is priced very well, considering all the recent work which has gone into it. You *may(?)* find a cheaper car in this spec, but I bet not with this low miles and thousands spent recently on maintenance. Drive it home, anywhere, now.

Payment expected within 3 days of auctions end by certified funds only (no credit cards or paypal, I can help arrange transportation for this car anywhere in the USA at buyers expense. Please, if you bid, be prepared and able to pay for the car. You are not bidding to inspect the car, but to purchase it.
