This 1977 Porsche 911 S is an original. The owner has had it for 1 year. The vehicle is drivable and is mainly used for weekend drives.

Vehicle Details

I purchased this car about a year ago with the intention of continuing some of the restoration started by the previous owner. Other commitments have taken priority.

The car has always started right up (sometimes takes 2 or three turns) and drives great. Goes through all gears smoothly.

Previous owner removed passenger door panneling to refurbish electric window switch. Switch was repaired, door never fully reassembled. The same was done for the sunroof. I believe all parts are here and stored in the trunk.

Speedometer and odometer haven’t worked since I obtained the car. I’ve put on less than 500 miles in the year. Previous owner said he had put on a couple thousand miles since it stopped.

All lights work, along with all the other instrumentation. Windshield wipers, heat/AC and blowers don’t work. AC compressor was removed, but still have all the equipment.

Oil just changed. New carpets.Newer brakes and tires.

Chips, scratches and some pealed paint. Hasn’t bothered me, I like the patina. Definitely a great candidate for a repaint.

Battery is weak and doesn’t hold a charge well. It will need to be jumped. Will start and drive, but shouldn’t be driven home. I literally drive it on weekends around town and back into the garage it goes.

Really amazing and fun car to drive.
