Thank you for viewing my listing on this great condition and recently serviced (major 60k mile service complete) completed 930 Turbo.
$12,000 was just spent refreshing the motor. One cylinder showed out of specification leakdown and compression. The motor was pulled, all gaskets, seals, pumps were replaced, a new piston along with the head was sent out and rebuilt as well with all new parts as well. The motor is now completely healthy and back to OEM compression and leak down numbers. All receipts are available for the work that was completed. Total spent on this vehicle in service work in repairs in the last 500 miles totals over $21,000. There are receipts as well. While the engine was out the engine compartment insulation was replaced with a brand new one from Porsche.
All vin tags in place, a clean carfax, 3 owner example purchased new in New York where it remaineduntil 1995 spending the rest of its life till now in Connecticut. Car is rust free, fair weather driven only car. Non smoker vehicle as well.
Full and complete service was completed by Butzigear and Wheeler Auto Service in CT, two well respected porsche specialty shops in the area. Over $10,000 was spent to bringthe cars maintenance up to date which included mechanical, fuel system, a/c system, ignition system, battery, and some weathered body seals including the sunroof felt.
This car is an absolute pleasure to drive, it starts, runs, and shifts excellent through the 4spd gearbox. Power comes on from the turbo as it should, car pulls nicely throughout the RPM range.
The overall condition is good and it will make someone a nice example they can enjoy for years to come.Car comes with afolder of receipts and records kept over the ownership that show maintenance, parts, and repairs.
The exterior of the car presents nicely, there are normal signs of wear as would be expected but nothing moderate. The car was recently received and extensive detail from top to bottomincluding undercarriage cleaning with dry ice which totaled $2000.00.
The interior of the car is in nice shape, the floor mats and underlying carpet is in good condition overall. The leather seating is in very nice shape, the seat functions all workas they should. The area around the center console had a cell phone mounted in it from the early 1990's that was removed, so there are a couple small mounting holes that can be seen in the photos from the passenger side. The air conditioning and heat work great!
Everything else is original to the car. My hopes are the next owner will get out there and put some miles on the car and enjoy it!
Included are all original manuals, correct tool kit, spare key fobs, Porsche air pump, extra touch up paint, and documentation.
